Day Trip & OOTD - TYS

31 MAY 2018

The day trip has happened on 15 April 2018. My friends and I were bringing 2 tourists to visit our most familiar places which are Georgetown Heritage site & the Clan Jetty area

The first location we bring the tourists to visit is Armenian Street.
Armenian Street is a tourism hot-spot in Penang Island. Armenian Street is a street in the inner city of Georgetown and within the core zone of the Georgetown UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Armenian street also officially known as the narrowest street ever in the Penang Island. It is just right to fit in one car to use the road of the street.

This is definitely the famous street wall art in the Armenian Street even in the Whole Penang states.
Since we are talking with street art, the Armenian Street is also famous of it street art. There are still many interesting street art in the Armenian Street.
Such as:

Those are just some example of the street art in the Armenian Street.

Those street art are interesting is because they were created with the realistic stuff. For example, the artists were using motorcycle, chair, bicycle, etc to match with their art work. Those stuff use in the street art all are old and been abandoned or discarded. Hence, the artists were so creative in order to reuse all the abandon trash to present their talent of art. As well as, the street art are meaningful because it reflects the culture of Malaysian in the old times where we can't get back anymore.

In the area of Armenian Street and Cannon Street, there are not only interesting street art to take photo with and sightseeing, but there are also many cafe and shops to visit as well.
We do bring our tourists to visit some and purchase their products as well.

THE TOURISTS SEEMS HAPPY & ENJOYING TO SPEND MONEY DURING THE TRIP!!

SOME SOUVENIRS ARE NEEDED !!!

Then we proceed to the Cannon Street. It is actually connect to the end of Armenian Street, which u can turn left at the end junction of the Armenian Street.

The Armenian Street has not much street art, only a few, but there are many interesting cafes & shops in it. Some are selling traditional snacks & food as well.

We took our brunch in the famous Ah Lai Kopitiam.
It is Simply & Delicious

The Clan Jetty was the next stop we visited.
Chew Jetty is really interesting in the moment, you should check it out!
